These photographs show the "Nyloflor"Security Fencing System, which is made of heavy welded mesh panels with double horizontal wires. This professional total fencing system provides both extreme rigidity and security. The "Nyloflor" Security Fencing System is a system which we would highly recommend for the professional fencing of schools, playgrounds, parks, sports ground, public buildings factories and workshops.

The Pier Head is a World Heritage site in Liverpool that features three striking buildings known as the Three Graces. The Royal Liver Building, The Cunard Building and the Port of Liverpool Building.

There are several memorials at the Pier Head, including those to Captain J.F. Walker and to the engineers who heroically remained at their posts during the sinking of the RMS Titanic.

1st Alert Steel Security were engaged to remove the existing fencing around the base of the monument and install new railings which were still in keeping with the surrounding area. New holes were excavated and new posts installed onto which newly manufactured wrought iron fence panels were securely fixed. The manufacture of the new fence panels required that certain panels had to be curved to mirror the conour of the site
